London within the M25 only

Our free portal is currently available for selected London postcode districts: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC. A full property postcode is required. Not every address inside the M25 is included yet; please contact our team if your postcode is not accepted.

Add your properties and compliance dates. We will help you keep an eye on upcoming deadlines, so you have one less thing to remember.

How would you like compliance deadline updates?

Choose one, two or all three. These choices are for service updates, not marketing. Account activation and security messages still arrive by email.

I agree to receive Eco Tech Electrical Contractors Limited T/A Property Cert Experts inspection quotes by the email, phone and/or WhatsApp methods selected above. No obligation to accept. Leave unticked for deadline-only reminders. Free access is unaffected. Change or withdraw this permission at any time in Account settings.

This free London service aims to contact you around four weeks before the due dates you record, using your chosen methods. Certificate uploads are optional. If you separately opt in above, reminders can include our free inspection quote. Declining, ignoring or opting out of quotes does not affect your free access, and you may use any contractor. Using the portal does not authorise paid work or transfer your compliance responsibilities.
